Full-Time Positions
ACCOUNTING/HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR Responsibilities: Accounting Handle full cycle accounts payable duties. Reconcile daily cash balance and general ledger. Process miscellaneous income and expenses. Post journal entries.
Human Resources Provide support in areas of employee benefits, recruiting, employee relations and attendance tracking. Respond to employee questions and concerns regarding department policies and procedures. Handle full cycle recruiting duties. Prepare offer letters and conduct reference/background checks. Prepare new staff orientation and materials. Process payroll. Update employee handbook annually. Coordinate employee events and office functions.
General Handle employee communications. Provide back-up relief for switchboard. Update and maintain wide variety of department files and records. Provide support to Finance Director, Management Team and President, including special projects as requested.
Qualifications: Experience
3-5 years previous Accounting experience desired
Bachelor's degree in Accounting highly preferred
3-5 years previous Human Resources experience preferred
At least one year of payroll processing experience
Proficiency in current technology, including MS Excel, Word, etc.
Able to solve problems related to work requirements
Exceptional oral and written communication skills

INSIDE SALES CONSULTANT Pioneer Clubs is looking for several Inside Sales Consultants to help execute its sales growth strategy. Pioneer Clubs is an international non-profit organization that produces and supplies materials for church-sponsored midweek club programs for young people from the age of two through middle school.
Who we need:
Successful candidates will be ambitious, self-motivated, persistent, well spoken, and possess a strong appetite for success. A college degree is required but no previous sales experience is needed.

Part-Time Positions
DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT COMMUNICATIONS ASSISTANT Responsibilities: Support the fundraising efforts of Pioneer Clubs® through donor-focused communication that expresses the impact of Pioneer Clubs on the lives of the children we serve, including written appeals, newsletters, brochures and emails. Ideal candidate should be a team player with strong computer, organizational, oral and written communication skills. Will also be required to analyze and report on the results of fundraising activities. Candidate must have working knowledge of Excel, Word, Indesign/Quark, Photoshop, database programs and social media. Candidate must also be willing to provide assistance with administrative tasks and other income-generating activities such as phonathons; Kids for Kids Hike; and church, foundation, and grant solicitations. Position requires a confident self-starter, strategic thinker and creative problem-solver. Christian ethics and a passion for children's ministry are crucial. Part-time position (20 hours a week) reports to the Director of Development.
Qualifications: Experience
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations or a related field a plus. Three to five years of work experience in fundraising will be considered a comparable exchange.
Familiarity with fundraising principles and strategies.
Proven success in writing fundraising letters, proposals, newsletters, etc. Writing samples of fundraising pieces will be requested.
Computer competency in Microsoft Word, Publisher, Photoshop, database programs and current social media.
Professional phone manners and comfort with telephone solicitations.
Ability to organize work and manage time.
Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects.
